AmCham Slovenia is a business community of opportunity and optimism. AmCham Slovenia is one of Slovenia’s largest and most active international business communities, uniting more than 400 Slovenian and international companies.
More than 100 events a year are held to address burning topics, provide information, and exchange good business practices. These events represent are also a great opportunity to broaden your opportunities and expand your know-how.
More than 320 people, experts in their fields, are active in 8 committees, all working together to improve Slovenia’s living and business environment. AmCham Slovenia wants to be an important conversation partner for finances, the jobs market, corporate governance, innovation, research and development, and future trends. Our members, on the other hand, are provided with a platform where they can learn from each other, share good practices and discuss important issues.
The AmCham YOUng Platform represents a forward-looking way of thinking. Ranging from student internships through the AmCham Young ProfessionalsTM program to the AmCham Young Leaders Club and the Snowball (a think tank of outstanding young people), the YOUng platform connects young and active individuals who stand out from the crowd. Programs within the platform guide the personal and career development of up-and-coming business leaders.
AmCham Slovenia is an entry point for Slovenian companies that want to make a splash on the American market or open up doors to US investors in Slovenia. We hold business development delegations in the USA and strengthen relations with Americans of Slovenian descent. In 2019, we took over the headquarters and center of AmCham in Europe, an organization linking the network of 46 AmChams in 44 countries across Europe and Western Asia.
AmCham Slovenia strives to help create a better business and living environment in Slovenia.
